The Keys’ property management department handles all aspects of the management of your condominium, according to the laws in vigour. Our team is made up of property manager, often multinlingual, but also trained accountants to ensure the optimal follow-up of all technical and financial aspects of your building.

Our availability : Our office telephone lines are open from MOnday to Friday from 8:30 to 13:00, and from 14:00 to 17:30 on Mondays & Thursdays. Outside of these hours, an emergency number is available to our co-owners and is visible on our plaque in the entrance halls of our buildings. Generally, the co-ownership Council has access to their property manager’s mobile number.
Our “real” accounting pole : Our accounting team is made up of trained accountants who use software specifically designed for our activity sector. This allows us to emit clear and accurate (quarterly or annual) expense statements. In addition, each accountant has a direct e-mail address, giving you the poosibility to contact them quickly, if necessary.
Our experience : Active in the sector since 2013, our experience allows us to protect the interests of your condominium. Whether it is during a comparative study of quotes, the choice of a service provider, during a potential legal dispute, we will always advise you according to the needs and interests of the co-ownership. Respecting the ethics of our governing institute, we do not receive commissions on any works.
